Your Duty to Inform
Your health and safety are of paramount importance to us at Pink Daisy Nail Salon. We trust the information you provide us. Successful service execution requires your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations. Pink Daisy Nail Salon will not be responsible for any adverse reactions to services rendered in circumstances where a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.
Scope of Practice
We want you to be well! Nail technicians are not permitted to diagnose or treat skin or nails that are abnormal in any way. As licensed professionals, we have a duty to refer guests with complications outside of our scope of practice to a qualified physician for proper care. Guests with apparent complications will be denied service and referred to a physician.
Pink Daisy Nail Salon takes great pride in providing quality services with quality products. Please understand that nails are jewels, not tools and nail enhancements are not nail replacements. Enhancements and gel polish require maintenance every 14 days. For best results, pedicures should be scheduled every 4 weeks. Right to Refuse Service
You can trust us! Pink Daisy Nail Salon reserves the right to refuse services at our discretion when necessary. Please trust the professional judgement of our educated, experienced nail specialists.
We want you to fully enjoy your time with us, so please arrive ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. New clients who haven't completed our intake form should arrive fifteen minutes early. Treatments at Pink Daisy Nail Salon are designed to deliver the most benefit within the time allotted. As a courtesy to our other guests, we're unable to extend service times or issue partial refunds for late arrivals. While we make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than fifteen minutes late, your service may have to be rescheduled and our cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation & Missed Appointments
The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, we're often unable to fill them. The financial impact of these late cancellations can be substantial. As a courtesy, Pink Daisy Nail Salon sends appointment confirmations forty-eight hours in advance of your appointment, however, it is ultimately your responsibility to notate and remember your reservation with us.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request twenty-four (24) hours' notice. If you don't provide notice (or miss your appointment altogether), you may be charged a fee in accordance with the following:

Children and Pets
Enjoy some YOU time! Pink Daisy Nail Salon has been designed to serve as a relaxing retreat for our valued guests. For this reason, children under the age of five are not permitted in the salon. Children age five and older are welcome to attend if they are receiving services--as long as they are supervised, well-mannered, and not disruptive. With the exception of service dogs, pets are also prohibited. Aside from being distracting, pets and young children pose a liability, since we cannot assure their safety. Thank you for understanding!
To maintain a relaxing, comfortable atmosphere for all guests, we politely request that cell phones be silenced or powered off in the salon.
Returns & Exchanges
Client safety and product integrity is important to us, therefore product refunds or exchanges are only accepted on a limited basis. Only sealed, unopened, unused products will be accepted when accompanied by a receipt dated within 14 days of purchase. Opened products are considered to be contaminated and will not be eligible for refund or return.
Service sales at Pink Daisy are final, however, if you're unsatisfied in any way or experience abnormal service breakdown of any kind, please contact Janette within 7 days to arrange for evaluation.
Should you not be satisfied with any aspect of your visit, please inform Janette as soon as possible. As a business dedicated to delivering a superior guest experience, we welcome all feedback and suggestions. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to grow and learn how to serve you better!
